Ely Navarro Lucas Oil School of Racing Shootout Winner

Elysiah Navarro (Ely) was awarded the Scholarship by the Lucas Oil School of Racing Shootout presented by Cooper Tires in December of 2019. Ely rose to the top of the 27 driver field over the 3 days of driving and instruction. His scholarship will allow him to compete in the 2020 Lucas Oil Formula Car race series.
