Chris Clemons had played many sports before discovering disc golf. Although Chris has been playing since 2005 it was not until 2011 that he registered with PDGA so that he could start playing in sanctioned events. His love for competition and exploring the country led him to decide to play full-time. Listen to learn more about this leftie's motivation for playing and how he adjusts to playing on right-handed favored courses.
A.J. Risley registered with the PDGA when he was 13 and by 14 he was competing in tournaments and has every year since, including 2017 where he competed in 37 tournaments. We called A.J. as he was heading out to get in a practice round for the 2018 San Francisco Open to talk about how he discovered disc golf, his motivation for being out on the road, and his obsession with Waffle House.
