A collegiate basketball superstar, professional basketball didn’t pan out when COVID hit. But with an undergrad degree in Business and a Master’s in Sports Law, becoming a sports agent was an excellent “Plan B”.

The Question: How important are mentors/role models in the sports industry? AG and CG discuss the glaring void of role models when they were breaking into sports and how guidance in ANY work environment is invaluable.
