As a sophomore last season, he averaged 12.9 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 61 percent from the floor. Rich Harris and Caleb Slaten preview the Atlantic Coast Conference with Florida State forward Baba Miller and Georgia Tech guard Miles Kelly. Baba became a part of the Real Madrid system at the age of 12, and as a freshman last season with FSU, he was an All-ACC Academic selection. This past summer, the 6-foot-11 Miller won a gold medal while playing for the Spanish national team in the FIBA U19 World Cup. As a sophomore last season, Miles led the Yellow Jackets in scoring at 14.4 PPG. He also averaged 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. Rich Harris and Caleb Slaton preview the Big Ten Conference with Illinois forward Coleman Hawkins and Ohio State wing Jamison Battle. Last season, Coleman led the Illini in MPG, RPG, and APG, averaging 9.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game, while shooting 44 percent from the floor. Following the season, he was invited to the NBA Combine, but he ultimately decided to return for his senior season. Before joining Ohio State, Jamison played two years at George Washington and then two years at Minnesota, and over that span, he was All-Rookie selection in 2020, All-A10 selection in 2021, All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in 2022, and All-Big Ten Academic selection in 2023.
