New Mexico Govenor Grisham implements gun laws that won't work. It's one thing to make laws against guns, but it's another to make laws against gun-owning, law-abiding citizens. Although she is trying, it's not enough. Get it right! Security Technology that lets only the owner of the gun be able to use it? That may just work.
