Mark Golley tells us how Lion leveraged SAP IBP simulations, scenarios, and versions combined with permission filters to safeguard end user activities and goes on to highlight how scenario and versions have enabled powerful what-if planning simulations in SAP IBP.

In this episode Mark Golley and Matt McCall will explain why the Excel UI is so successful with planners. Our guests will also talk about other use cases best covered by a different type of UI and will ask Patrick Weber how these will be covered in SAP IBP.

User adoption must be at the center of everything we do. Talking in “plain”, non-technical language to business users increases engagement and drives better business outcomes and a better overall user experience. This session is about re-framing the “technical” IBP language to something that is relatable, simple, smart and suitable for your business.
