We've been promising a cryptozoologist guest for ages and finally managed to capture one! Join Nigel and Juliette as they run a few creature questions past the zoological director from The Centre for Fortean Zoology, Mr Richard Freeman. It is not all Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster. Many other curious creatures are hiding in hard to reach locations around the world, and Richard has been on many expeditions to find them. He tells us about a few of his expeditions and the strange creatures he was looking for. Richard has written, co-written, or edited a number of books and has contributed widely to both Fortean and zoological magazines, as well as other newspapers and periodicals, including Fortean Times and Paranormal Magazine. We had this strange idea. Why not go on an investigation and record it as a podcast episode? So that's exactly what we did! Juliette had some strange experiences at a local woodland spot. Making this location the perfect place for our podcast experiment. However, we got much more than we bargained for, wandering around in the woods after dark! Nigel did some background research on the location and uncovered some horrific incidents that took place in or around this location.
