In today's episode, the fellas do a check in with one another and put a huge emphasis on the MEN part of MENtal health. We as men often times go without expressing ourselves and releasing a lot of the things we go through on a day to day basis and as good as we are at processing things ourselves and keeping it moving, there are times that you need to talk, ask for help, seek out advice or just simply vent. We may have great women in our lives but, realistically there's just some thing they won't get and understand nor know how to properly deal with so having the right circle as a man is more important than we give it credit for. We dive into vulnerability’s, the expectation of our friends, appreciation, critical changes that are needed, taking correction and criticism from other men and share stories, thoughts and opinions aimed at helping and growing as men and also giving women some insight into the minds of men, that maybe will help them with the men they are married to, dating, related to or friends with. Let's all start to check in with those around us and continue to grow together!

In today's episode, Dre and Sio chop it up about a lot of random topics that we can all relate to. Memories of excitement the night before a field trip as a kid, reminiscing about our last favorite moment, would Sio be with a man who request wild fantasies to be played out in real life and if a man fell on hard times would his lady be there for him or leave him because he asks her for help. These and more wrapped up in another quick convo with Dre and Sio.

We often times see couples that are entrepreneurs highlighting all the success and good things that are happening and we're left in the dark about the failures, pit falls, road blocks and breakdowns, so today we got the good, the bad, and the ugly side of being in business while married and parenting 4 children and how it takes a special harmony to make it work. Wade being a master barber and Jas being an aesthetician offering multiple services they've experienced a multitude of seasons in business which has brought them to introduce the Fades & Facials movement, we talk about what it stands for whats to come and how creating as well as restoring the standard is of the utmost importance in this new season. We have some fun with episode as we get some real raw talk as well as some gems to take with us along the way.

In today's world we tend to have blurred lines when it comes to the breaking up or breaking off of a relationship, situationship or even a friendship that has certain benefits attached to them, who's the blame when it happens or is that blame shared? Unfortunately there's one narrative that holds more weight then the other in a lot of cases and somewhere in the mix of things accountability is lost and never to be found. In today's episode we jump into this topic presenting scenarios and sharing our opinions of who, how, and why someone has to be held accountable, must take responsibility, and share in the blame not minimizing their role in how the end of their "ship" happened. The year has started off hot with the Katt Williams interview, the Swag Surfing controversy, Simon Biles husband and TD Jakes possibly being a power bottom and we touch on all these topics to get everyones perspectives, thoughts and concerns.
