I woke up really early this morning and just had these feelings. I've had these feelings for a bit now but they're more intense this morning. Why? I don't know but it's just a feeling I can't get rid of.

Losing weight has many benefits both physically and mentally, obviously. But what about when you start becoming anxious about the things you eat? You decide to have a cheat day but now you're anxious on what you ate, wasn't the best choice. Listen to my experience current experience on this.

I have a pretty interesting story to tell about my encounter. I hope she's gotten the help she needs and I wish her all the best. As for the others involved, I too hope they get the help they need. I think I'm going to back away from these people as I don't want any involvement with anything.

Are you like me and sometimes ask yourself who you are? Or what's your purpose in life? Are you happy with the decisions you made in life? Were they the right ones?

Let go of the past. Focus now. Don't worry so much about the future. What you do now determines the future. Focus.
