        TuneIn California Resident Privacy Notice

        This California Resident Privacy Notice supplements the information and disclosures contained in our Privacy Policy. It applies to individuals residing in California from whom we collect Personal Information as a business under California law.

        Annual Reporting for 2021

        Access Requests. In 2021, TuneIn received 9 requests from listeners to initiate the data access process. For 1 of these listeners, their request was not fulfilled because the listener did not complete the verification process or canceled the request. The remaining 8 requests were processed with a median return time of 2 business days.

        Deletion Requests. In 2021, TuneIn received 2510 requests from TuneIn listeners to initiate the account closure and data deletion process. For 1074 of these listeners, their request was not fulfilled because the listener did not complete the verification process or canceled the request. The remaining 1436 requests were processed with a median processing time of 2 business days.
