A native Kentuckian, Cindi Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture. She has lived in Louisville for ten years. She is the former Landscape Coordinator for Operation BrightSide, the City of Louisville's clean-up, beautification and environmental education program. She has worked as an independent horticultural consultant before being hired full-time by 84WHAS. Her clients have included The Louisville Olmstead Parks Conservancy and the Metropolitan Sewer District. Cindi recently completed a two-year term as President of The American Community Gardening Association, a national organization that promotes the growth of community gardening and greening in urban, suburban and rural America. She currently serves as a board member for the Commonwealth Arboretum in Lexington, and on the college of Agriculture Development Council. She is a Certified Arborist and a Kentucky Certified Nurseryman.
