This week Polk High discuss Pumping Iron - the documentary that proved Arnold Schwarzenegger is numero uno, and that anything is possible. The guys try to avoid the irony vortex, but get sucked in from time to time. They examine the mind games Arnie plays, the day-to-day pitfalls of being a body builder, and ponder if Ferrigno could have been Governor of California.

Jack explains how Semi-Pro, a quintessential 'Jack Movie', might have legitimately been made just for him. As usual, Dale's broken sense of humour prevents him from enjoying anything slightly funny, and spends 30 minutes trying to make sense of it all, while also reliving some past basketball trauma.

Despite coming straight from a visit with the dengue fairy, Dale is surprisingly lucid and erudite as he delivers an Austrian accent, as offensive as last week's 'Italian Christopher Walken'. Otherwise, Jack considers how one could even be enemies with super-stud, Chris Hemsworth; and Dale contemplates who would make a better flat mate: party-boy James Hunt, or dish washer cry-baby Niki Lauda.
