The show will feature exercises to help in the recovery process. We also spotlight mental health organizations and advocacy groups. Some episodes feature experts to help those struggling with bipolar disorder, PTSD, social phobias, and more. We explore alternative treatment programs and solutions featuring top experts in their field. The program will also include ways to 'self-help' and build your own personal development program, complete with tactics to motivate yourself to recovery.
