This was the craziest weekend in UCF Football history. For the second consecutive week, the team was in an absolute barn-burner, this time against Memphis. Somehow, someway, they pulled off a miracle and won the AAC Championship game, solidifying their first ever undefeated season. Immediately after the game, however, Scott Frost admitted he was leaving for Nebraska and the search for a new coach was on. Enter the Kevin Sumlin rumors.
