VOH Radio is a professional and Community radio station that provides a valuable community service and is a trusted source information, music and entertainment that enhances the wellbeing, and personal resilience of people in the communities we serve. The Purpose for which this radio station is created is: 1. To respond to the needs of the community. 2. To represent and promote the vision, mission, values and the work of ‘Further Hope, our founding organisation. 3. To provide the opportunity for people to contribute by sharing good ideas and advice which other people can learn from. 4. To create possibilities for local and international businesses and individuals to advertise their products and services and/or to make public announcements. 5. To foster and encourage participation by all members of the community regardless of their ethnicity, race, language, gender, sexuality, age, physical and mental ability, occupation, religious, cultural, or political beliefs.
