What a 48 hours for Professional Golf 2 days ago I sat at this very desk ( yes the new stand-up set-up) and a thread came through the MLOG Discord announcing the partnership between PIF, DPWT and PGAT. Like many my initial reaction was disbelief and my second was to text Blakey from Golf Rules Questions to ask him if he now worked for the PGAT. Of course, it was late and he didn't respond until he got through his 700 messages the next morning. It has been mind-blowing watching this unfold and the discussion from all parties. Well mainly the PGAT and DPWT. LIV has been relatively quiet thus far. There is so much speculation and posturing. For some emotions are running high on this topic, not least Rory but even those closer to the MLOG home. To unpack some of the dialogue I immediately jumped to Blakey to check in and then to one of my more viewed Twitter accounts @flushingitgolf. PGA Championship Review What a great tournament. It delivered right until the end. The team breaks down Brooks Koepka's win and reviews some of the other notable moments from the PGA Championship. The PGA Championship at Oak Hill CC Join Rossco and Rocket as we dive into the feelings & form lines for the second major of 2023. The PGA Championship. Being played on a Donald Ross classic in upstate NEW YORK this is a quality field and is being played on a quality course. Aussies in the field include last week's winner Jason Day along with; How do you think the Aussie will fair. Rocket is hot for Jason Day to make it two wins in two weeks while Rossco feels that this is a year that could see one of the men win two majors in a year. So for Rossco that tip rest on the shoulders of Jon Rahm. Enjoy the tournament.

This week in golf sees the chat start with golf Twitter. It can be a space for good dialogue and toxic dialogue. When the discussion of Golf and the rise of LIV Golf is concerned. We discuss the often-discussed Twitter debate about OWGR and the fact that the LIV Golfers are still without a system to award OWGR points. We have a robust discussion and it's fair to say we both see things differently. We chat about all this week's golf hot takes which obviously include PGAT and LIV. We shout out Hannah Green on her win in the LPGA Tour and a shout out to David Micheluzzi on his T21 finish at his DPWT start last week in Korea.

Last week, Ross ventured across to Adelaide to take in Australia's first-ever LIV Golf event. In this ep, Ross recalls his experiences first-hand. Did you attend LIV Golf Adelaide? A month or so ago I had the chance to sit with Dave Neville from the team at Callaway Head Office to discuss what goes into making a successful launch of one of the most hyped products to come out of the Callaway brand. After watching Jon Rahm dominate over the last few months since the release I hope this interview gives some perspective into how important Paradym is for the team at Callaway. They want both the customers who choose Callaway Paradym and their Tour Staff to have the ultimate trust and confidence in the product. Definitely, Jon Rahm seems to have that. Tom's game is trending in the right direction and he has much to play for as the season closes. Sitting at the pointy end of the Order of Merit, Tom is fully aware of what is on offer and the opportunity to get his name on the prestigious Kel Nagle Cup. At the completion of Round 3, Tom is sitting in third position at -15 four shots adrift of leader Kade McBride -19 and John Lyras -16.

The My Love of Golf Podcast - EP226 What a tremendous win in NZ by Aussie Brendan Jones. Fifteen times winner on the Japan tour, it was clear to see just how much this win at Millbrook meant for Jones. After battling to make the cut Jones strung together a tremendous Saturday round of 9 under to set up the tilt at the win. Twitter set alight by Mike. Nah, not really, however a simple response to Mike from Lee Westwood seemed to cause a stir, and it has definitely caused a stir internally amongst the LIV and PGAT discord fans. We chat the regular teepster chat and preview The Players at the TPC Sawgrass. An hour plus of two golf obsessed men chatting golf.

The Weekly Review with Magic and Rossco This week we discuss the win of Chris Kirk and the positives in the PGA Tour structure which sees The Honda Classic a non-elevated event.
