David & Stu... Unhinged! - Episode 44

12/22/2025
Trump's and Bernie's Jet Quagmire, Met Gala Gaucheness, & Baseball Dreams Welcome to episode forty-four of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast. In this episode, David and Stu cover the following: 1) A discussion of some notable achievements of two loathsome individuals, Robert F. Kennedy's attempt to eliminate dyes from our food and tackle the obesity epidemic and Trump's deal-making that may benefit the U.S. economy. Unfortunately, Trump undermines the little positive achievements of his Presidency by accepting a lavish plane from Qatar to replace Air Force One as a gift, further highlighting his lack of ethics. 2) Bernie Sanders has been crisscrossing the country campaigning against Oligarchs with AOC flying in a private jet, which exposes what a fraudulent hypocrite he is as he spews carbon emissions into the atmosphere while pontificating his antiquated socialist views. 3) The 2025 Met Gala was a gauche and garish spectacle of bad taste organized by the loathsome Anna Wintour, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, who has promoted elitism, racism, and eating disorders. The entire event is a disgrace, and Ms. Wintour deserves a long overdue cancellation. 4) A story of a baseball underdog, JC Escarra, who made it onto the Yankees at age 30 through persistence and grit. This uplifting story is at least one example of some positivity in a very dark period of American history. David & Stu... Unhinged! - Episode 43

12/22/2025
Hanoi Jane Emerges, Trump's 100 Days of Buffoonery and Outrage, and the New Anti-MAGA American Pope Welcome to episode forty-three of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast. In this episode, David and Stu cover the following: 1) The Audubon Society, an organization Stu supports, awarded Jane Fonda for her environmental work, which caused Stu to boycott the event and consider a protest against her due to her traitorous behavior during the Vietnam War. 2) Trump's insulting and outrageous proposal to rename Veterans Day, which was greeted with consternation by those who served their country in the military, unlike Trump, who evaded service by claiming he had bone spurs like the cowardly nepo baby he is. 3) The election of Mike Carney as Prime Minister in Canada. Carney is a far-left candidate, and the conservative was expected to win. Instead, due to a Trump backlash over his calls for annexation, the Canadians revolted, indicating how weak Trump's influence is globally. Similar electoral results occurred in Australia, indicating how poorly the MAGA brand sells internationally, unlike Reagan, who brought his revolution to the world and won the Cold War. 4) The ridiculous proposal by Trump to repurpose Alcatraz as a federal prison when it is basically in ruins and would require rebuilding and probably would be impractical to operate. This is another stunt that further indicates how weak his presidential leadership has been. 5) Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, an American, was chosen as the new Pope Leo XIV, and he is not conservative either. In fact, he had previously condemned Trump's and JD Piglet's immigration policies. Meanwhile, Trump disrespected Catholic tradition at Francis' funeral and then posted an AI image of himself as Pope. Imagine what the liberal elite media would have done if he had posted himself as MLK or Mohammad. Atomic Business Coaching | Consistent Follow-Up, Saboteurs, and Conversations That Close

12/19/2025
In this episode, Tom and Adam dive deep into what really makes sales happen — and it’s not just slick tactics or great networking. It’s about consistency, mindset, and mastering the simple selling system that turns casual conversations into paying clients. You’ll hear stories from their 5WH program, real client breakthroughs, and how combining execution strategy with mindset mastery is the game-changer for business owners. Whether you're overwhelmed by follow-ups, frustrated with unproductive networking, or struggling with sabotaging behaviors — this episode has the tools, mindset shifts, and clarity to help you close more deals with less stress. ________________________________________ Key Takeaways: • ✅ Follow-up is everything. If you’re not following up consistently, you’re leaving money on the table. • 🧠 Your consistency doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Define your version and stick with it. • 💬 Conversations that close are built by asking the right questions. When done correctly, prospects will literally tell you how to close them. • 🔄 Sales success isn’t just tactical—it’s internal. Saboteurs, limiting beliefs, and disempowering self-talk can crush your ability to execute. • 📅 Networking without a system is a waste of time. The stack of business cards means nothing if you don’t have a plan to engage the right people. • 💥 The ‘People Pleaser’ trap is real. Learn to set boundaries and say no to the wrong people so you can say yes to the right ones. • 🔁 Repetition makes it real. Like golf, the awkwardness of new techniques fades with practice and the system becomes second nature. ________________________________________ Links & Resources: 🎯 Free Starter Course: Get immediate access to our Simple Selling System overview — absolutely free. 👉 atomicbusinesscoaching.com/course 💡 Learn how to: • Identify your 5Ws • Master follow-up strategy • Ask powerful, closing questions • Manage your mindset & saboteurs • Network with precision & intention ________________________________________ Join the Conversation: 💬 What resonated most with you from today’s episode? 📧 Send your thoughts or questions to info@atomicbusinesscoaching.com 📱 Follow us on Instagram: @atomicbusinesscoaching ________________________________________ Quote of the Episode: “You're not being pushy — you just know you have the solution to their problem. David & Stu... Unhinged - Episode 42

12/19/2025
Tish Saves Preston, Corpse Hawking, Trump's Handmaid's Tale, & Stu's Tribute. Welcome to episode forty-two of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast. In this episode, David and Stu cover the following: 1) Some updates about past issues we covered, including how David is repulsed by Levis, and is steadfast that AOC is more palatable than JD Piglet Vance, who met the Pope one day and the next day the Pope died of a stroke. We also discuss how NY Attorney General Tish James, a Trump nemesis, cut a real estate deal and saved the Preston school, while Trump has not closed any significant trade deals or ended the war in Ukraine or Gaza. 2) Harvard has had its share of scandals these days, including how a morgue manager, Sedgwick Lodge, was selling body parts for cash in what can only be described as a comic macabre criminal enterprise. 3) Trump has proposed paying women a $5,000 bonus if they have a baby and are US citizens in order to increase America's declining birth rates. We suspect that this must be a brainchild of his best friend, Elon Musk, who pays women $15 million for having his babies, as noted in a recent Wall Street Journal article. This proposal is truly sickening and reflects the values of Elizabeth Warren rather than the Republican Party. 3) Stu ends the show by reading a letter from a friend who is close to dying and his farewell which is rather poignant. This fitting tribute is heartfelt and moving. We welcome comments on our podcasts as well which can be left on our website or any other platform you may be tuning in on. Atomic Business Coaching | The Grass is Greener Because It’s Full of Sh*t” — The Reality of Growth, Comparison, and Staying the Course

9/21/2025
In this candid episode, Tom and Adam unpack the emotional rollercoaster of entrepreneurship and why so many business owners feel like they're always starting over. From podcast inspiration to coaching revelations, they discuss the importance of patience, trusting your intuition, and resisting the temptation to constantly compare your journey to others'. They also dive deep into the harsh truth: the grass often looks greener because it's been heavily fertilized — sometimes with a whole lot of crap. If you’ve ever struggled with staying the course, felt the pressure to pivot, or believed you should be further along, this episode will remind you why the long game matters, how to identify the right kind of fertilizer for your growth, and why building a successful business really does take a decade. 💡 Key Takeaways: • The Podcast Shift: Listening to a wider variety of podcasts revealed a gap between philosophy and tactical guidance, sparking reflection on what truly adds value — and how that applies to your own business and content creation. • The Grass is Greener… Because It’s Fertilized: Growth takes fertilizer — aka “the shit” you have to go through. There’s no shortcut to rich, sustainable success. Embrace the grind instead of trying to avoid it. • Coaching vs. Courses: Clients in coaching programs think long-term. Course-takers often seek immediacy. Each mindset needs different strategies, but both must go through the hard stuff. • Comparison Kills Progress: When you compare your journey to someone else’s highlight reel, you ignore the foundation they built — framing, wiring, and all. Focus on your build, not their finished product. • Trust Your Intuition: When comparison takes over, your intuition gets drowned out by ego and insecurity. Your gut knows what’s right — you don’t need permission to follow it. • Business Takes a Decade: It’s a journey of layers: build, exploit, delegate, and scale. Most people quit too early and restart, losing time instead of gaining ground. • Stop Chasing 10x Before You’ve Hit 2x: Growth isn’t magic; it’s methodical. You can’t skip the process. Master what you’re already good at before leaping to what’s next. • Embrace the Bipolar Nature of Business: There will be highs and lows. Don’t let either extreme control your decisions. Learn to ride the waves without crashing. • Know Who You Are and Why You’re Doing This: Use tools like the Simple Focus System to realign your values, identity, and business goals. Success starts with clarity. 🔗 Resources & Links: • Explore programs, courses, and coaching at atomicbusinesscoaching.com/course • Learn more about the Simple Focus System to align who you are with the business you want to build. 👋 Final Thoughts: If you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in another comparison trap — don’t pivot blindly. Let us help you identify if the “shit” you’re in is worth growing through. You can build something amazing — just make sure it’s yours.

Atomic Business Coaching | Stop Outgrowing Your Growth: Learning, Stabilizing, and Scaling Wisely

8/10/2025
In this episode, Tom and Adam explore one of the biggest mind traps for entrepreneurs and business owners: the pressure to grow constantly. They discuss the value of repetition in learning, the importance of sustainable progress, and why stabilizing your success may be your most strategic move this year. From learning fatigue to cash flow struggles, they cover the mindset shifts and tactical strategies needed to grow smart, not just big. ________________________________________ 🔥 Key Takeaways: • Repetition is not the enemy. Saying the same message repeatedly, especially when it's valuable, is a sign you're doing it right. • Learning never ends. As adults, learning feels harder because we carry the ego of “already knowing.” But real growth comes from embracing error correction and constant improvement. • Stabilization is the new growth. Instead of trying to outgrow your business, focus on sustaining and fully realizing your current level of success. • Cash flow gaps are normal. But many business owners misuse debt and revolving credit. A line of credit should be gap coverage, not growth fuel. • Predatory lending warning signs: high interest rates, daily payments, and fees that compound quickly. If the loan terms feel risky or desperate, they probably are. • Growth vs. Scale: Growth often requires more resources. Scaling uses your current resources more effectively to increase revenue. ________________________________________ 👀 Visual Metaphor of the Day: Think of your business like sound levels on a mixer board. Cranking them up too fast leads to distortion and noise. The goal is smooth, stable, balanced sound, just like business growth. ________________________________________ 💬 Memorable Quotes: “If you start sounding like a broken record, you’re probably doing something right.” “Learning is just error correction—it’s constant improvement.” “You don’t need to 10x every month. You need to stabilize before you scale.” “Don’t call it debt—call it gap coverage.” ________________________________________ 👥 Who This Episode Is For: • Entrepreneurs scaling from early traction to stable revenue • Business owners battling growth addiction and burnout • Founders navigating cash flow and financial management • Coaches and consultants educating others on sustainable business practices ________________________________________ 📢 Call to Action: Love what you're hearing? Film Fights With Friends - Season 2 / Episode 2 | Tim Gallin

8/10/2025
Tim Gallin began his quest to perform in feature films and TV after attending CW Post College on Long Island, NY. His first professional job came by way of the Gong Show in August of 1978. He was a contestant on an Elvis Presley special because Chuck Barris was a fan of The King. After seeing his old high school football coach, Vic Magnotta performing in Taxi Driver, Tim picked up the phone and gave him a call. Magnotta was a stuntman, retired special forces soldier, and Vietnam veteran who became close friends with Martin Scorsese while attending NYU. That fateful phone call created for Tim an opportunity to play football in the film The Wanderers. Through Magnotta’s continued offers to perform stunts, Tim met many of the people he would collaborate with over the next 45+ years. When asked about a favorite fight scene he performed in, the Marked for Death fight from the classic film F/X (1986) was Tim’s immediate response – and is the starting point of this interview that covers some of Tim’s epic experiences in the industry including stunt doubling Tom hanks on Splash and Steve Martin on Only Murders in the Building. David & Stu... Unhinged! - Episode 41

8/10/2025
41: Jackie Robinson Day, Book Banning, Harvard's Last Stand & a Harbinger of Hope. Welcome to episode forty-one of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast. In this episode, David and Stu cover the following: 1) April 15 was Jackie Robinson Day, and we discussed this legendary baseball player's contribution to the game and society. He is a testament to character, but that didn't stop our drunkard Defense secretary from purging Robinson's military service record from the Pentagon's website. 2) The issues facing higher education are daunting, including Hegseth's attack on the U.S. Naval Academy, which resulted in 381 books being removed from the library's shelves. However, ironically, students still have access to Mein Kampf. Meanwhile, Harvard, a rather unsympathetic institution, has refused Trump's efforts to blackmail them for concessions. As much as we loath Havard's hypocritical liberal elitism, we applaud them for having the backbone to stand up to this most incompetent and ineffective administration; 3) The deportation cases that Trump has pursued and his open defiance of court rulings on his baseless legal claims. And despite all the talk, the deportation levels under Trump are about the same as under Biden. Trump's assault on our constitutional norms is sad to watch and has pushed David to claim that he will vote for AOC as President over JD Piglet Vance in 2028. 4) In liberal San Francisco, we see a harbinger of hope with its new Mayor, Daniel Lurie, who has made great strides at saving this important city from the declines brought about by permissive progressive policies that have been devastating to urban America. We welcome comments on our podcasts as well, which can be left on our website or any other platform you may be tuning in on.
