Description:
Ash Fisher is a comedian, actor and writer. She is not a comedienne, an actress or a writeress. Somehow switched at birth and raised on the East Coast, she has since found her home in Oakland. Ash performs standup all over the Bay Area and in New York City whenever she’s able to afford a plane ticket. She was the 2012 Newcomer Runner-Up in the Ladies of Laughter Comedy Contest in New York City, and a 2013 semi-finalist in San Francisco’s Walk the Plank Comedy Competition. She has been a devoted member of the FCC Free Radio community for almost a year and is delighted to now have her own show. Tune in to Ash Tuesday for interviews with badasses about comedy, life and sex…and cutthroat karaoke competitions. Ash holds a B.F.A. in Theatre from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and Sallie Mae will never let her forget it.
