He was proud JOY member number 10 and was awarded life membership in 2008. An extraordinary commitment to JOY and the community was always evident throughout Bill's volunteer and on-air presenter roles at JOY 94.9 - The ultimate quiet achiever, Bill Jeffrey will be sorely missed by both the Been There Done That team and JOY 94.9's listeners....
