Gotham is a television series created by Bruno Heller and stars Ben McKenzie as Detective James Gordon. The series explores the early days of Gordon’s experience on the Gotham City Police Force, a young Bruce Wayne struggling with the loss of his parents, as well as the origins of several Batman villains, including the Penguin, the Riddler, Catwoman, Two-Face, the Joker, Poison Ivy and Scarecrow.
