About the host and founder;

Brett Francis is a Professional Speaker and Mental Health Advocate who is the founder and host of Not Broken Radio. She comes armed with passion and personal experience, and opens up greater conversation about mental health because the more people talking about it, the more attention it gets and more it gets taken out of the darkness.

When Brett was 6 years old, she was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome and severe ADHD. This caused her to struggle through her entire school years with not only her grades but also her relationships and many other areas of her life. When she was 17 years old, she was also diagnosed with anxiety, OCD and panic disorder. This has caused Brett to encounter many barriers as she grew into an adult and business woman.

Outside of work, Brett was involved in 2 serious motor vehicle accidents in 2012. She was off from work for almost 1 full year from injuries and has continued to push forward even with her current injuries and severe chronic pain as a result of these accidents.

She lived to learn that this doesn't have to be disabling and activated a power that she may not have found without it. Now she shares her empowerment and experiences to educate others, stop the stigma
