This podcast started out as a blog about my book, "You Don't Know Crazy". In the book, I tell the story of how mental illness stole my life and how I took my life back. I welcome you to the "You Don't Know Crazy" Podcast where I share personal life stories, humor and inspiration. I was born in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1950. I currently live in New York City. Among other things, I am an actress, speaker, author and mother of two adult daughters. I'd love to hear from you sometime.
