I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that Donald J. Trump might be the most harassed person in the history of America when it comes to our Just-Us system. Trump's political enemies have used the force of government to undermine his liberty at every turn since August of 2016 when the Obama administration abused the FISA process to spy on the Trump Campaign. It seems to me he could appeal any of his cases to the Supreme Court by demonstrating that his right of Equal Protection under the law has been violated. Nobody can force anybody else to take out a loan and borrow money. It is a "means" to an education. A type of investment in oneself to leverage knowledge for higher future earnings. Like any investment, for it to work out, it has to be based in sound economics. One of the most peculiar oddities in society today is how our two major political parties and their constituents see the world from virtually opposite points of view. "Taxation is theft" is not just something people say to shock their fellow citizens. It's an argument put forth by liberty loving people that is logically rooted in property rights, the foundation of ALL individual rights.
