Cody Lightning is a Cree actor and filmmaker from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His new film ‘Hey, Viktor’ is a hilarious comedy filled with humour and humility. It's a followup to the 1998 Sundance award winning film called, Smoke Signals.
