4/1/2026
Welcome to our motorsports podcast where we discuss F1, IndyCar, IMSA, NASCAR, our own racing adventures, and some other adventures!
Chase Elliot wins at Martinsville for his first win of the Cup season.
Kimi goes back to back with another pole to win in Japan! This race, however, was another hot topic of controversy as Oliver Bearman had quite the crash after approaching Franco Colapinto at a rapid pace. This brought to question the regulations once again due to the speed differences with the battery deployment/harvesting methods.
Alex Palou takes his 2nd win on the season in IndyCar and moves to within 2 points of championship leader Kyle Kirkwood. But, according to the broadcasters, Palou has been out of the championship fight after his crash in Phoenix. *insert eye roll*
We also recap Moto GP and its race at COTA.
Coming up this weekend: Super Formula is at Motegi and GT World Challenge Asia is at Sepang.

S5 Ep 11: Is New Better?
3/18/2026
Welcome to our motorsports podcast where we discuss F1, IndyCar, IMSA, NASCAR, our own racing adventures, and some other adventures!
Denny Hamlin gets his 61st NASCAR Cup Series win at Vegas.
Indycar once again shines as the race of the weekend where there was strategy and hard side by side racing at a big shiny new venue, Arlington, Texas! Alex Palou took on the Andretti fleet this past weekend where he came up just short only to Kyle Kirkwood. A bold strategy put Will Power on the final podium spot and Marcus Ericsson finished 4th for Andretti after starting on the pole but had some misfortunes in pit lane.
Formula 1 had it's 2nd race of the season. Kimi Antonelli gets his first F1 victory! Everyone is very happy for Kimi! However, this happiness is still overshadowed a bit by comments of many drivers that current F1 racing is like Mariokart. The drivers at the front are ok with the rules for now because they are winning after all but there is valid scrutiny about the form/type of racing we're seeing that the new rules/regulations have provided.
Coming up this weekend: NASCAR is at Darlington, IMSA is at Sebring, and Max Verstappen heads to Germany to take part in NLS (the Nordschleife racing series).

S5 Ep 10: New Year, New Champions?
3/11/2026
Welcome to our motorsports podcast where we discuss F1, IndyCar, IMSA, NASCAR, our own racing adventures, and some other adventures!
Ryan Blaney breaks Reddick's win streak as he takes to victory lane for NASCAR at Phoenix.
Indycar has a great race at Phoenix with a great performance by Christian Rassmussen that came up short in the end. Josef Newgarden was able to capitalize as the race came to a close and take the win which defended his last race win here back in 2018.
Formula 1 opened its season up in Australia and the reviews are....mixed. With what appeared to be an "entertaining" race was also met with a lot of skepticism of how this racing is being achieved. In a series/sport where one data point can't determine a trend, luckily we have round 2 in China this upcoming weekend to see if Australia was a fluke or representative of a season to come.
Coming up this weekend: NASCAR is at Vegas, IndyCar is at Arlington (Texas), and F1 goes to China.

HE'S STILL IN IT!!! McLaren make a big strategy error that leaves the door open for Max and Red Bull to have a shot at stealing the driver's title. The odds are still in Lando and McLaren's favor BUT if Max pulls this off the headlines won't be "Upset completed", no instead they'll be "how did McLaren mess this up?"

Wow! Max Verstappen sure did win the jackpot this past weekend out in Vegas! The drive for five for Max is still alive in a season that seemed quite improbable for him earlier on. Lando still holds a decent lead in the points, however, this was shrunken from a commanding lead to now just barely a race wins worth of points after both McLaren cars were disqualified for a plank wear infringement.
We discuss the Las Vegas race, our thoughts on the championship outcome possibilities, and a few news and notes.
