Tuesday was a rough day in the grain and oilseed markets as we saw heavy pressure in the soy complex, wheat and crude oil. That spilled over into corn as well, which tried to hold on much of the day but ended up lower. Meantime, hogs and cattle had a strong upside day with limit gains in lean hogs.

Donna Hughes of StoneX joined the show first with a look at the crop in the southern plains, followed by Brian Doherty of Total Farm Marketing, who outlined the potential moves in grains as the trade returns next week. Market Talk closed with Naomi Blohm, also of Total Farm Marketing, who has some reservations about beef demand as we get deeper in to summer.
