In this episode of RadEO, we talk to Jamie Pujara - an entrepreneur in catering and property He shares his entrepreneurial journey, which involved a family restaurant business, a catering company, a property platform, and a development project, as well as his struggles with balancing work and personal life, managing his ego, and overcoming challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the difficulties he faced during the pandemic, Jamie and his team were able to pivot their business model and focus on new product lines, such as corporate catering, which helped them survive and continue to operate. Jamie also spoke about his struggle to balance work and personal life, particularly being a present father and husband.
