Born in Northwest Indiana, Jennifer was never one to sit still. From sports to music to dance, she embraced every opportunity to explore, grow, and challenge herself. That spirit carried her to Purdue University, where she earned a degree in education and discovered a deep love for leadership. It was there she realized that knowledge fuels success—and confidence follows close behind. During college, Jennifer began coaching, laying the foundation for her core values: helping individuals unlock their potential and thrive. She also worked at the local Boys and Girls Club, mentoring youth in a relaxed, supportive environment. That experience sparked a bold vision—building a Club from the ground up in her new hometown. Today, that Club continues to flourish, a testament to her commitment and drive. But Jennifer’s journey didn’t stop there. She saw her life as a series of chapters, and the next one was entrepreneurship. Her first venture in the golf industry taught her the struggle and success of owning a small business. From there, she expanded into concessions, and eventually into hospitality—owning and operating her own resort. Jennifer at one time juggled multiple concession businesses, managed over 20 outlets in a bustling amusement park, and still found time to coach her son’s high school tennis team. She credits her success to her supportive parents, her now-grown sons, and the dedicated employees who’ve stood by her side through the years.

Don Windler was born in Indiana and worked construction during the summers while in high school. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering in 1984 from Purdue, he started working as a Field Engineer for a GC in Washington DC building federal office buildings downtown. During this time he met Ginny, his wife of 40 years. Together, they have 4 kids and 4 grandkids with another on the way. He spent 11 years between Washington DC and North Carolina supervising and managing the construction of commercial buildings. He started WINCO Construction Company in 1995 back in Lafayette Indiana with the goal of creating a concrete construction company that catered to the commercial, industrial and agricultural markets. By 1997, he saw a need for concrete pumping and started Tipp-Mont Concrete Pumping. Today, Tipp-Mont has a fleet that can serve any project from line pumps to 47 Meter pumps and a Telebelt. WINCO specializes in concrete construction and serves Central and NW Indiana. The projects vary from dairies to multi-story structural buidlings to Tilt Up storage facilities. Courtney was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, and later attended Butler University with her twin sister, Abby. She met her husband, Derek, at Butler and together they began their journey - living abroad in Germany from 2012 to 2013 and getting married that same year. Today, they're raising three wonderful kids, ages 10, 7, and almost 3. After college, Courtney spent seven years working in marketing for tech companies. In 2019, after three years planning, Courtney & Derek, along with her sister and brother-in-law (Abby and Ryan) opened the first phase of their microbrewery on Indy’s Near Northwest side. In 2021, they expanded into their current HQ on the same property, with a brewery, taproom, beer garden, kitchen, and three unique event spaces. In 2024, they added The Coffee Haus and a second taproom in South Broad Ripple, further growing their community-driven mission. Davis Uphoff was born in Vincennes, Indiana and raised in Mount Carmel, Illinois. Recently married to his wife Lexi, Davis began his career in the crane industry at just 19 years old when he earned his first crane certification and went to work at the local power plant in Owensville, Indiana. After gaining early experience, he hit the road working as a crane operator at power plants and large construction projects across the country. When it came time to recertify his credentials, Davis expanded his qualifications by earning advanced certifications such as NCCCO Rigger Level II and Lift Director. After completing his Lift Director training, his instructor, Luke, offered him a role overseeing crane and rigging operations on a major hospital expansion in Indianapolis. He is the current co-chair of the Remodelers Impact Group and is a former President of the The Remodelor’s Council board of the Builder’s Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) and is also active in the Indiana Chapter of NARI, or The National Association of the Remodeling Indiustry. In 2012, he was awarded “Forty under 40” by Professional Remodeler magazine. Most recently, Jason was nominated the 2016 Remodeler of the Year by the Builder’s Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI).
