The Superstars Behind The Beans Legendary Julian Holguin from Finca Inmaculada, Colombia, shared his beginnings producing coffee with the guidance of Camilo Merizalde. It was a place that believed in developing new coffee varietals and undertook several experiments taking many risks since day one. Because of it, they have been rewarded with my 2015 victory at the world stage and recently another two world champions, Diego Campos and Matt Winton, who used their famous varietal Eugenioides. Fernando shared his contribution to the Finca and moved into chemical-free production to elevate their coffees further with Julian.
