He defended Terri Schiavo, a woman that was condemned to death by the American legal system. Her crime? She was disabled. After Terri's case, David was burdened to establish an organization devoted to standing up for those without the ability to defend themselves or their God-given rights.

Juan currently serves as president of the Southern Baptist Convention of Texas, is a council member for the Gospel Coalition, and is the senior pastor at High Pointe Baptist Church.

Today, Phillip serves as the teaching pastor at Living Water Fellowship in Bulverde, TX, is the founder of Media Talk 101, and is the founder and director of the Christian Worldview Film Festival.
