Speaking of NFL action, we took a look at our Pigskin Picks for Week 14, and we talked to Grant Bilse from the Wisco Sports Show about the Packer win over the Bears on Sunday afternoon.

In sports, the Packers beat the Bears yesterday to claim the top spot in the NFC North, the Vikes got a win as well, the Bucks continue to suck, the Badgers beat Marquette over the weekend, and the women's volleyball team advances to the regional semi-finals!

Lots to get to this morning as we wrap up a chilly week and inch closer to Christmas!
In the news this morning, the growing Powerball jackpot, a new "Color of the Year" has got people talking, what the hell happened to Doogie Howser, and the death of Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.
In sports, the Lions beat the Cowboys on Thursday Night Football, a look at the rest of the Week 14 schedule, the Bucks play tonight against the 76ers, the Badger basketball team takes on Marquette tomorrow, and the women's volleyball team won last night and advances to the next round of the NCAA playoff.
Elsewhere in sports, the Brew Crew made it official with the return of the powder blue unis, and Jordan Love has been nominated by the Packers for the Walter Payton award.
We let you know what's on TV this weekend and what's new in theaters. And Doc joined us just after 8am thanks to County Materials in Holmen to talk about the NASCAR lawsuit and Ty Majeski's new sponsor.
Another story about a lost wallet that was found & returned to it's rightful owner, a bear that climbed up a utility pole, and a baby seal that wandered into a bar and needed some help getting back home.
Lots of holiday pictures being taken over the next few weeks, so here's a few tips on how to look better in those photos!

Brutally cold today with high temps hovering around 15°. Back towards 30° tomorrow.
On the show this morning, we started off with the Thursday Song and in the news, a recall on shredded cheese, an appeal of Adam Fravel's murder conviction, a missing WI teen is found in Wyoming, a Wisconsin youth soccer club director is accused of trying to have sex with a child overseas, and the Powerball jackpot is getting close to $1 BILLION!
In sports, the Bucks somehow beat the Pistons last night after Giannis went down with an "injury" early in the game. A discussion about the possible landing sports for Giannis if he does get traded by Milwaukee. Week 14 in the NFL kicks off tonight, the Badger Men's Basketball team opened up Big10 play with a win over Northwestern last night, and the Women's Volleyball team kicks off the NCAA D-1 Tournament tonight!
Elsewhere in sports, Chris Paul gets sent home by the Clippers, and a Larry Bird jersey is going up for auction.
We let you know what's on TV today/tonight and we talked about some people paying almost $400 to see the original "Wizard of Oz".
A scene that typically plays out in movies & TV shows happened in West Virginia when a semi-truck driver was rescued after he slid in the snow & left half his truck dangling over the edge of the bridge! And an incredible story about an 88 year-old Veteran who was still working full time at a grocery store until a "positivity influencer" came along and changed his life.
Today is "National Cookie Day" and we discussed some of the deals you can take advantage of if you're looking for some sweet treats!
Plus, it's another round of Hypothetical Thursday, with each of us asking a hypothetical question of the other. Brian's question for Jean was: "What's you favorite & least favorite holiday tradition?"

In sports, Week 14 in the NFL kicks off tomorrow night, the Bucks play tonight and Giannis has been deleting Bucks content from his social media accounts. The Badger men's basketball team returns to the court tonight against Northwestern, the Steelers picked up Adam Theilen from the waiver wire, and the trial date has been set for Guardians pitchers Emmanuel Clase & Luis Ortiz.
And speaking of Week 14 in the NFL, we made our Pigskin Picks just after 8am!
A couple of incredible rescue stories this morning including an off-duty paramedic in L.A. who helped save a family from a fire, and another fire-rescue involving a utility worker in a bucket truck near Boston.
And check out this record-breaking, 48-hour game of dodgeball that helped raise money & awareness for a breast cancer charity!

Gonna be a lot of people cranking their thermostat this week, but the U.S. Department of Energy recommends you keep it at 68° this winter.

And we're back!
After a nice, long, 4-day Thanksgiving weekend, we are back in the studio and turning the page on the calendar to December!
Which means a list of things to look forward to in the upcoming month, including movie releases, TV premieres, sporting events, and all the holidays!
Speaking of holidays, we started the show by recapping our Thanksgiving celebrations with our families and talking about all that snow we got this past weekend.
In sports, the Bucks finally won a game this weekend after losing seven in a row, the Pack got a nice victory on Turkey day, a look at the rest of the Week 13 action, Josh Allen setting an NFL record yesterday against the Steelers, and a recap of the Badger basketball action from the last few days.
Elsewhere in sports, several coaching positions in the NCAA have been filled as the season draws to a close, and if you're living in the area of Chicago…the coach of the Bears earned you a free Wiener tomorrow at the Wiener Circle!

A couple of days off…then a short week…and then it's Thanksgiving!
I don't know why, but I feel more excited for turkey day this year than I have been in awhile. It's not like we've got anything special planned. But for some reason, I'm a bit amped for the gluttony!

Rain, snow, cold temps. Winter is knocking on the door!
Woke up to a wintry mix this morning and it looks like more is on the way on Thursday.
In the news this morning, a couple of national park morons including a dude who got too close to a bison…and a guy who pepper-sprayed a pack of wolves. Elsewhere in the news, the USPS is going to increase it's rates on shipping and a flight had to return to Boston after a passenger smoked weed on board the plane. And artificial trees are WAY more popular than real trees. Sad.
In sports, the Cowboys beat the Raiders last night to wrap up week 11 in the NFL, a look at week 12's schedule, the Bucks lost last night to the Cavs and Giannis suffered a groin injury. The Badgers improved to 4-0 on the season with a win last night and Ja'Marr Chase got suspended for spitting on another player.

Hallelujah, I've got a new truck! Finally got the insurance money…signed the loan paperwork…and picked it up late yesterday afternoon.

Another weekend in the books and I finally caved and turned the heat on in the house this morning. It was down to 59° and while I quite enjoy the chilly temps in the house, the wife certainly does NOT.
Oh well. Looking at highs in the low-60's later this week, so the Harley has yet to be put away completely for the winter.
