For us Rock 'n Rollers classical music, the theater & opera seemed to be for other people until we started experiencing the magic of these performances! A Healthier Way to Grocery Shop

Although we knew that eating healthier with more fresh vegetables, organic meats and less processed foods was something we wanted to implement, our old ways of grocery shopping made this nearly impossible. We somehow created an almost Mediterranean way of shopping, buying fruits & vegetables more often & eating fresh, not frozen meats & fish.
