Health & Wellness Podcasts

The show has been on the air for almost 25 years on 95.5 WPLJ. It airs from 1AM on Monday morning until 2AM. The focus is on non-profit organizations, almost all in the NYC Metro area. Guests talk about the work of their organizations, the people they serve, programs and events that they have and issues that they work on. Over the years we have had representatives from hundreds of organizations that are in education, healthcare, housing, addictions, hunger, poverty, the arts, mental and emotional health and criminal justice. We make sure to give contact information numerous times for the organization: phone numbers and websites. It is amazing how many wonderful, dedicated people rarely get to tell their story of service to millions of the neediest people in our area. That is what Community Connections is all about, people telling stories of healing in so many ways for so many people in our communities.
