Millennials Are Tired

Send us a text We cannot believe it is December. So many things have happened this year. As a matter of fact so many things having been happening for a few decades! In this episode we discuss some the stressful events that have Millennials saying we are TIYAAD!!! Also, we discuss the difference between Social Work of yesteryear and Social Work in the present. Although we may laugh and joke about somethings but the stress that millennials feel is very real. According to a Deloitte study, "around 39% of millennials reported feeling stressed "all or most of the time". This can feel overwhelming and shows why it is so important to have a self care plan and connection to others who feel supportive. In the end we discuss a few strategies to manage stress and how to frame of thinking when it comes to facing challenges.
