A Sound Bath practice to celebrate the 100th episode! THANK YOU 😁

3/27/2023
Welcome to the 100th episode of The Mindful Rebel® Podcast! I am thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone with all of you. When I launched this podcast, I never could have imagined the amazing community that would grow around it. I set out to create a space for meaningful conversations about mindfulness, leadership, personal growth, and social change, and I am so grateful that so many of you have joined myself and the amazing guests on this journey. As I mark this 100th episode, I want to take a moment to thank you, our listeners. Without your support and engagement, this podcast simply wouldn't exist. Your feedback, comments, and messages have inspired us to keep going, even when the road ahead has been tough. Especially in instances where, I wasn’t sure if people were connecting with the podcast or whether it was even having an impact! I am incredibly proud of what has been accomplished in the past 100 episodes, but we know that there is still so much work to be done and more conversations to be had. I am committed to bringing you thoughtful, engaging content that helps you to grow, learn, and become more mindful in your everyday life. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support. I can't wait to see what the next 100 episodes bring, and I hope that you will continue to join us on this journey. As a thank you - I want to share with you a sound bath practice. Instead of an interview, I want to gift you space to rest through the vibration of sound. Once you finish listening, do me a favor, please rate the podcast and leave a review on whatever platform you are listening on. That would mean the world to me. Okay my friends, enjoy the practice. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/themindfulrebel/support

As a psychotherapist and clinical integration consultant, he works to help individuals, families and businesses find their main·spring: something that plays a principal part in motivating or maintaining a movement, process, or change. He has over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families coping with grief trauma, HIV, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, high-conflict relationships, and LGBTQ related issues. This experience has given birth to the Mainspring Approach. The term Paideia best captures the use of kindness, which is the cornerstone of the Mainspring Approach.
