Just took a lil magical parallel-universe time-traveling journey to get there 😉 Today’s session flavor was soft, trippy, wildly freeing, and clarifying in the best way. Yummm. * SAW THIS NOTIFICATION!!!! That I’m #41 Rising in Culture!! No clue what that means lololol, but my girl Jordan Younger who I LOVE is #39. So DATS COOL. * Yesterday’s post ALONE brought in 15 new subscribers. 10 of them paid, 5 free. UMM WHAT! YES! To some (and even a past version of me) these might seem like tiny numbers or wins. This is the exact moment most people turn back. Because the old identity is louder than the new one…but only right before it loses power. Sooo the familiar urge to: * over-explain * over-prove * retreat * “be realistic” * wait until you’re more certain * get “more clarity” NOPE NOPE NOPE. That’s the past version of you DESPERATELY trying to cling to what it...

I don’t believe you need a mentor, mastermind, or program to be in at all times. I went over 3 years without working 1:1 with a coach or being in a high-level mastermind. Why? Because I felt it was crucial that I was in my own energy and magic. Because I wanted to pour my heart, money, and time into my team and my business. Because while I started to get the itch and desire for a more intimate space to be held in well over a year ago, I didn’t feel a 100% soul-aligned YES. And if I wasn’t all in, I wasn’t going to do it just because everyone and their mom were working with x coach or investing in y experience. I’ve learned from making many many many unaligned investments in the past that I need to be wildly discerning about who I say yes to and the field I enter by saying yes. Because when I invest in a mentor and a mastermind, I’m making a down payment on their belief system. Their values. Their methods. Their world views. Etc. etc. etc. I’m crystal clear that I’m absolutely not going to agree with or align with everything they do and that it’s crucial for me to continue to formulate my own opinions and calibrate to my own True North, however, there’s no denying that some of my threads will weave with theirs and an intertwining of sorts will happen. I know that in order for me to truly get what I desire from the experience, it will require me to get vulnerable, to let my walls down, to trust, and to surrender. And to do all that? I must feel simultaneously held, safe, and supported AND feel inspired to expand and enter portals of possibility—some of which may be located at the edge of my comfort zone and some might be hiding in plain sight of the comfiest nooks and crannies that I won’t allow myself to entertain because they’re too “easy” or too “simple.” 4 months ago I said YES to the highest level of mentorship to date. I had visions of how this person’s support would help me create massive abundance in my business in a way that was deeply rooted in presence, love, ease, flow, play, and pleasure. And in all honesty? My rational brain needed to justify this as a business investment. But deep down, I knew this wasn’t about business or making money. The real reason I said yes was because I knew I would be so so so held. Through all of life’s themes and in all of life’s seasons. Because, holy wow…the first two-thirds of 2022 had been a doozy and I knew there was so much I needed to process, move through, alchemize, and heal. And also…I knew that I wanted to create a LIFE rooted in presence, love, ease, flow, play, and pleasure. Not just a business. Over the past 4 months, with the wisdom, support, and love of my mentor and the sisters inside our mastermind, I’ve been encouraged to stretch and leap into quantum territories of rapid evolution and I’ve been invited to slow down and surrender into the womb of the void to be held in life’s murky and mysterious waters. I’ve been cracked open and witnessed, loved up on, activated, expanded, and embraced by powerful, wise, and magical women. On our last call today I was showered with words of affirmation from the people who I’ve let into my innermost world and done life with over the past few months. During a time when I questioned my worth, my value, my power, my gifts, and my craft, having them be mirrors that reflected and reminded me of my magic was priceless. I wept. And wept. And wept. But that was nothing new—at least not in this space. As a previous “non-crier” in most containers in the past, I think I was the one who shed the most tears in front of our group during our time together. While it’s not a competition and there’s no meaning I need to extrapolate from this fact, I know for me it’s a testament to the sacredness of the container and the depths I allowed myself to feel and reveal. What I have viewed as a weakness in the past I now understand as strength—but not the hard, relentless, push push push kind. The soft, surrendered, and sacred...

Let's go big. Here's how to make the most of the rest of the days of the year!!! And that's great if that is the vibe and the season that you're in. However, not all of us are there. And so I want to propose that, like many things, there's never one way to do anything. When I was first starting in this industry about a decade ago, there was very much the end-of-year vibe of “go hard and hit your goals!” And now I'm seeing the anti-hustle, anti-hit goals vibe that reveres slowness and stillness. There's no rush, just relax, enjoy, and rest. That's also beautiful, but I don't think you have to do it one way, or there should be any shame if you're choosing to do it whatever way you please. So that's what we're talking about inside of this episode today. My desire is to guide you to close out 2022 however the fuck you want.
