The last live show of 2024! This week Andrew plays some live tracks from the Family Store records X Slack City live event at Alphabet, a couple more selected tracks from fave albums of '24 and a smattering of new bits. A real Xmas buffet to choose from. What a gift! You should give it a listen.

This week Andrew delves a bit into the world of the Riot Grrrl scene as a pre-empt to the book launch of ; Huggy Bear (Killed of Kids) at the record store. Otherwise there's a solid mix of new and forthcoming that should whet your appetite even though it's late November and the release schedule start to slow to make room for all those pesky end of year lists.... The first show of December and Andrew continues to highlight some best bits of the year from various websites, record stores and so forth. That with the usual smattering of new and forthcoming thought it thins out a bit this time of year which is always a pain the arse. You should for sure, give it a listen.

Vince & Jo celebrate the birth of little baby Jeez with the help of a special festive session from The Photocopies ! You can almost smell the chestnuts roasting ... but check your kitchen just in case !

It’s Ian Curtis’ Christmas party, and this week’s show is word-heavy - just the way the big man would have wanted it. Low-key existential and, yes, actually quite sad, the hour features avant-garde icons Bertie Marshall, Mark Perry, and the late Scott Walker. Their strange, off-kilter soundscapes serve to slightly sweeten the deal. Goodbye 2024 and good riddance!
