Cole Stukenholtz & Nate Rohr are both remote with Cole in Oklahoma City for men's basketball and Nate in East Lansing for softball. They react to Nebrasketball's first-ever NCAA Tournament win, Thursday's victory over Troy. Amie Just from the Lincoln Journal Star and Michael Bruntz from Husker247 join the guys to share their perspective on the history-making win, as both were courtside for the game in Oklahoma City. Nate gives a quick softball update, Cole and Bruntz talk baseball, and Cole also updates the wrestling team's performance at nationals. Finally, women's hoops were knocked out of the NCAA Tournament by Baylor Friday, but Britt Prince carried NU to a First Four win on Wednesday. Busy weekend ahead with softball and baseball series, wrestling goes for a couple national titles, and Nebrasketball play for a chance at the Sweet 16! GBR!!

Matt also chats about the latest spring football buzz. It's the 500th episode since Cole started the Saturday morning show in 2015!! Cole Stukenholtz and Nate Rohr are in-studio together, and they start off with some Husker QB talk as Anthony Colandrea met with the media, along with TJ Lateef and Daniel Kaelin. Then, the Nebrasketball roundtable! Wilson Moore from the Omaha World-Herald and Matt Knobbe from Husker Hoops Central join the guys to discuss this historic team. They breakdown the 2025-26 season, including when they all knew this group was different. They also look back at Fred Hoiberg's tenure and where each of them saw the turning point toward program success. Finally, everyone forecasts the NCAA Tournament result for Nebraska. Cole & Nate run down the other sports results from the week: NU women's hoops suffered a tough B1G tourney loss and find themselves squarely on the bubble ahead of Selection Sunday. Softball is in the Top 10 and has won 11 of 12. And Baseball walked off Michigan State in their B1G opener, with starting pitching rounding into form but issues to work out with the bullpen. GBR!!!

Cole Stukenholtz and Nate Rohr are back again with their rundown of the week that was in Husker sports. Baseball's big win at Auburn Friday night will propel their resume all season, and Evan Bland from the Omaha World-Herald joins the show to talk about Will Bolt's team thru 2+ weekends. Evan also chats spring football and runs down the new faces that have stood out. Cole and Nate give their thoughts on spring ball and which positions need to be strong. Women's flag football is coming as an NCAA varsity sport, and NU has hired Liz Sowers, who has won the last five NAIA national championships, and her sister Katie Sowers, who has been an NFL assistant with three different teams. They'll start in Lincoln in June with the first season coming in spring 2028. Nebrasketball has just three regular season games remaining, and their tournament resume is excellent and almost complete. Husker women's hoops snapped their 6-game losing streak and will play their Senior day Saturday against Rutgers before the Big Ten tournament next week. Finally, Husker softball is 2-1 down in Oklahoma this weekend, and will play against Oklahoma State Saturday and Sunday. GBR!!

Cole & Nate preview the week ahead for two ranked basketball teams - #20 NU women take on #17 USC on Monday, and #13 Husker men host #9 Michigan State on Friday in one of the biggest regular season games in program history. Evan also tells the guys what NU can learn from the Las Vegas Bowl and how the Huskers should prioritize certain positions in the transfer portal. Husker Volleyball suffered a crushing 5-set loss in the Elite 8 to Texas A&M, their only loss of the 2025 season. Cole & Nate say how they'll remember this team, and Evan reports on the incredible atmosphere in the Devaney Center. Nebraska men's basketball is ranked #15 after their buzzer-beating road win over Illinois. The team will play a couple cupcakes next before hosting Michigan State on January 2. The guys marvel at how Hoiberg built this roster on development and everyone knowing their role. Husker women are also 11-0 and nationally ranked, and will see USC on December 29. Lincoln Arneal from Volleyball State and HuskerMax joins the show to break down the Sweet 16 match and look ahead to the Elite 8 on Sunday against Texas A&M. Husker men's and women's hoops are still unbeaten, and the men are off to the best start in school history. The women are top 10 in multiple offensive categories. Cole Stukenholtz & Nate Rohr start with the fun stuff, discussing the third straight B1G Volleyball championship as NU is one match away from a perfect regular season. Next up after the finale vs Ohio State is the NCAA Tournament. The guys then turn to the not-so-fun topic of Nebraska-Iowa football, which again went the Hawkeyes' way in blowout fashion. They break down the likely next steps for the off-season, including the will-he-or-won't-he Dylan Raiola decision. Plus, transfer shopping lists for the offense and defense. Finally, basketball. Both the men and women won multi-team events and are undefeated on the season. The early stars Rienk Mast and Britt Prince have Cole & Nate optimistic about their NCAA Tournament chances for both squads. Lastly, some breaking news just as the show was ending - Connor Essegian is out for the season with an ankle injury. Tough break for the men's team as they lose a good shooter.
