How do you go from Scotland and secretarial college to the outskirts of London, owning and managing an airfield......via a spot of car dealing?! Catherine's story shows that life can take some surprising turns, and that everything you do can be useful experience to bring to future jobs and roles. Gwen gets to hear the incredible history of women in the Air Transport Auxiliary (ATA) - a British civilian organisation set up at the start of the Second World War with headquarters at White Waltham Airfield in Berkshire, which Catherine now owns and manages. Sara's company helps museums and art collectors to move art and objects - including very big, fragile, or precious things - around from one location to another, in the UK and to other countries all over the world. They ensure things are parcelled up properly, stored safely, installed in their new locations, taken apart and put back together accurately.
