Sometimes your mind feels like a swirling, whirling snow globe, and your thoughts and feelings are the delicate snow flakes inside flying around chaotically. Whenever you feel this way come and join us on this calming journey and this exercise will help you settle the snowflakes in your mind, so you can think clearly, see clearly, and feel calm.
