Veteran jazz artist and bass player Christian de Mesones has been performing for four decades and has worked with some of the biggest names in smooth jazz, including Dave Koz and Bob James. Christian's love of the bass came after he saw a concert by Kiss and watched Gene Simmons. A former rocker, he recently released a solo album called "They Call Me Big New York" - a collection of funk, soul and R & B to rave reviews, more than 2 millions streams on Spotify and a number of top-10 singles. One of the songs, "Hispanica" reached number one on Billboard's smooth jazz chart.
