Gaucho Think Tank Introduces New Isla Vista Projects Alongside IVCSD

The Gaucho Think Tank is a UCSB student-led group focused on solving community challenges in Isla Vista. Their current projects include a street mural at Camino Pescadero and Pardall to improve safety and beautify the area, and a study with IVCSD on the feasibility of making Isla Vista an independent city.
