Grandma Sues Carrot Ginger Soup recipe: 1 pound chopped carrots 1 large chopped white potato 1 chopped red onion 3 chopped garlic cloves 2 tablespoons grated ginger Small can of corn 1/2 cup orange juice Cube vegetable bouillon 1/2 teaspoon toasted coriander seeds ground up sprig of rosemerry needles chopped up fine Cover all with water Cook until tender and then blend with a submersible blender.
