It's the end of our Miyazki run (proper) and we went out with a bang. The acclaimed director's most recent, and supposed to be final, work is a strong entry to our series. We discuss this film, the series we watched as a whole, and some ideas for the next series. We also hear the beginning of what could be a podcast war. This episode is part two of our four (or five?) part look at selected works of Hayao Miyazaki, the famed director and head of Studio Ghibli. For this installment, we watched Kiki's Delivery Service, a film far better than it's name. We discuss the coming of age elements of this beautiful picture, and the symbolism used to tell it.
