Things go all kattywumpus when a man decides to get off the train in a remote Welsh village in this Escape! radio adaptation from February 21, 1948.
Paul Frees was a remarkable voice actor who was behind many cartoon characters in the 1960s and 7s. Oddly, this episode recording features an organ rather than the usual studio orchestra that Escape was known for.
Listen today, for on the morrow these voices will retreat again into the misty past.
