Session: 5 Date of First Use: November 16, 2025 Title: When a Time of Inactivity Slows You Down The Point: Use unexpected downtime to prepare for what’s next. Life Connection: We lead busy lives, but sometimes an unplanned event puts a stop to our plans. It might be a delayed flight, staying at home with a sick child, or something else that causes us to sit and wait. We can get frustrated, or we can make use of the delay to prepare for what God may have waiting for us. We can make “the most of the time” (Eph. 5:16) to focus on our walk with God. Life Connection: Our lives are interrupted every day: a phone call, catching a red light, a neighbor asking to borrow a tool, or someone stopping us in the hallway at church. Sometimes those moments are just brief blips in our day, but at other times God may want to use that interruption in a meaningful way. We must learn to be sensitive to what God may want to do. Session: 3 Date of First Use: November 2, 2025 Title: When Your Actions Cause an Interruption The Point: God can redeem our mistakes. Life Connection: We are sinners, but God redeems us in Christ. Even when we fail, God does not leave us in our failure. The wonder and beauty of God is seen in how He redeems us, even using our past experiences to further accomplish His purposes through us. We may falter, but in His faithful love, God does not abandon us. Session Passage: Exodus 2:11-22; 3:5-10

Session: 2 of How to Handle Life’s Interruptions Date of First Use: October 26, 2025 Title: When Life Goes Terribly Wrong The Point: Even hard interruptions place us where God can use us. Life Connection: We often find ourselves in places and situations we’d rather not be. We often sulk or feel sorry for ourselves, but that doesn’t change our situation or do us any good. However, if we look at every situation as an opportunity to represent God, even the harshest circumstances can take on new meaning. We can move from despondency to dependency on God. Session Passage: Genesis 39:21-23; 40:5-8; 41:10-14

Unit: How to Handle Life’s Interruptions Session: 1 Date of First Use: October 19, 2025 Title: When God Interrupts Your Life The Point: The best interruptions come from God. Session Passage: Hebrews 11:8-19 Life Connection: Many adults look back on their lives and realize they are not doing or living the way they thought they would in high school. Our interests change and new people come into our lives that often change the trajectory of our lives. Many of these changes are good and others feel like a serious setback. However, when God steps in and interrupts our lives, we can trust that where He is taking us is the best path to be on.

Unit: The Greatest Truths of All Time Session: 6 Date of First Use: October 12, 2025 Title: The Greatest Return The Point: Jesus will return one day, and we should be ready. Session Passage: 1 Thessalonians 4:16–5:8 Life Connection: For many of us, when we want to know something, we want to know it now! We want every blank filled in and every detail explained. When we don’t know all the facts, we attempt educated guesses for what we don’t know. History is full of times when medical treatments and military strategies were based on educated guesses. When it comes to the return of Christ, no educated guess will do. We can read the signs, but we have to trust God for the actual timing.
