We believe there is only one God. God is not an immanent being, one with the world. He is a transcendent, infinite, and personal God. He is absolutely independent and the source of everything that exists. He revealed that He is the only God: "I am the first and I am the last; there is no God but me." (Isaiah 44:6). Through the revelation of Jesus, we know that in the inner nature of God there are three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

What is God? Our idea of God is based upon God’s revelation of Himself to man in the Old and New Testaments. God revealed himself to mankind gradually, beginning from Adam and culminating in the Son of God, Jesus Christ. It was only when the Son of God took flesh that we received a more profound understanding of who God is: one God in three persons. His Revelation is an act of love.
