Bart, Chicky 2, Sheila, and Oliver find themselves trapped on a pirate ship in the middle of a grape jelly ocean. After mistaking Chicky 2 for a mystical device that can "capture the wind," the pirate captain demands that the kids help him become the ruler over the Seven Jelly Seas... or else they'll walk the plank.
