In Mind Your Mindset, Katelyn Peake, aims to help her listeners take back control of their spiritual, emotional, and mental mindset. Through real, raw, honest, blunt, and sometimes scattered weekly episodes, the goal of this show is to help its listeners remember that they are only as good as their mindset and adjust accordingly. If they want to up level their lives, they have to up level their mind. ⁣⁣Kate has been an avid mental health advocate since her own mental illness diagnosis at the age of 19. She has remained an outspoken and transparent supporter of mental health and ending the stigma that surrounds it.
