More Than You Imagined - Same Power

4/26/2026
Week 3 of our series Same Power takes us into one of the most powerful transformation stories in Scripture—the encounter of Saul with Jesus on the road to Damascus. In Acts 9, we meet a man driven by anger, control, and opposition to the very movement God was building. Yet in a moment, everything changes. This message reminds us that no matter where you are, what you’ve done, or how far you feel from God, He is not distant—He is pursuing. Pastor Dustin walks through three powerful truths about what God can do with a life: God can meet you where you are. Even when you’re not searching for Him, He knows how to find you. There is no place too far, no moment too dark, where His presence cannot reach. God can change you more than you think. Where others see brokenness or failure, God sees potential and purpose. No one is beyond the transforming power of Jesus. God can use you in ways you never imagined. Your story doesn’t end where it started. God calls, equips, and sends ordinary people into extraordinary purpose through His grace. This message is a reminder that the same power that stopped Saul in his tracks is still at work today—meeting people, transforming hearts, and calling lives into purpose. Ephesians 3:20 declares that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine according to His power at work within us. That power is not distant—it is active, personal, and available. If you’ve ever felt too far gone, too broken, or unsure of your purpose, this message is for you.

Living In The Power Of The Spirit - Same Power

4/19/2026
What does it look like to truly live in the power of the Holy Spirit? In this message, we explore Ephesians 1:19–20 and the incredible truth that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us as believers. Looking through the Book of Acts, we discover four clear marks of a Spirit-empowered life and how they still apply to us today. First, a Spirit-empowered life is transformed from the inside out. It’s not just about feeling encouraged, but experiencing real conviction, growth, and a willingness to be shaped by God. This inner work leads to visible change—devotion, reordered priorities, and a lifestyle that reflects Jesus in everyday decisions. Second, we see a life marked by courage. Ordinary people, filled with the Spirit, began to live boldly. This kind of courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the evidence that faith is speaking louder than it. Third, we learn to expect God to move. When faith and courage come together, expectation is born. The early church didn’t just believe in God—they prayed with boldness and trusted Him to act. Finally, a Spirit-empowered life multiplies. What God does in us is never meant to stay with us. As lives are changed, the message spreads, and more people come to know Jesus. This message will challenge you to examine not just what you feel spiritually, but how you live consistently. Because the power of the Holy Spirit isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we’re called to walk in every day.

You Will Receive Power - Same Power

4/12/2026
What if the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is available to you today? In Week 1 of our new series Same Power, Pastor Dustin teaches on the reality of the Holy Spirit—not as an abstract force, but as the personal presence of God living within every believer. This message unpacks what it means to not just believe in Jesus, but to be empowered by His Spirit to live the life you were created for. Through powerful scriptures like Ephesians 1:19–20, Acts 1:8, and John 14:12–14, we are reminded that Christianity is not about striving harder, but about receiving power. Salvation brings new life, but the Holy Spirit equips us with boldness, victory over sin, and supernatural gifts to impact the world around us. In this message, you’ll discover: – Why you were created for the power of the Holy Spirit – The difference between being saved and being empowered – How to receive the fullness of the Spirit – What changes when the Holy Spirit is active in your life God didn’t just save you from something—He empowered you for something. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead now lives in you. The question is: are you walking in that power? If this message speaks to you, share it with someone who needs encouragement and truth today. Subscribe for more messages from Citizen Church and stay connected with what God is doing.

The Hope Of The Resurrection - Easter Messages

4/5/2026
He is risen. And because He is risen, everything changes. This Resurrection Sunday message from Pastor Dustin walks us through the most pivotal moment in human history—the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus—and reveals why it still matters for us today. From the cross to the empty tomb, and all the way to the road to Emmaus, we are reminded that what seemed like the end was actually the beginning of living hope. At the center of this message is a powerful truth: the resurrection is not just an event to celebrate, it is a reality that transforms how we live. Through this message, we discover three life-changing truths about the resurrection: First, what Jesus has proven. When Jesus declared, “It is finished” on the cross, the resurrection was God’s “Amen.” It confirmed that everything Jesus said, everything He promised, and everything He fulfilled was true. The resurrection is the ultimate validation that Jesus is who He said He is—the Son of God, with power over sin and death. Second, what Jesus has defeated. Sin, death, and the grave once held humanity captive. Sin separated, death ended, and the grave sealed. But the resurrection reverses all three. Because of Jesus, death no longer has the final word, and the worst thing is never the last thing. Third, what Jesus has begun. The resurrection is not only about life after death—it is about new life right now. In Christ, we are made new. What was once dead can come alive again. What was broken can be restored. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us today. This message is an invitation to move from simply knowing about the resurrection to living in the power of it. It calls us to a deeper faith, a renewed hope, and a transformed life. No situation is beyond redemption. No life is beyond renewal. And no story is finished when Jesus is involved. Do you believe this?

Palm Sunday 2026 - Palm Sunday Messages

3/29/2026
In this powerful message, Pastor Galen walks us through the final week of Jesus’ life, beginning with His triumphal entry into Jerusalem. As crowds shouted “Hosanna” and welcomed Him as King, many didn’t fully understand who He truly was—or what He came to do. This message reveals how Palm Sunday is not a random moment, but the fulfillment of a story that began all the way back in Exodus. From the blood on the doorposts in Egypt…To the prophetic timeline in Daniel…To the declaration of Jesus as the Lamb of God… Every detail points to one truth: Jesus is the promised Messiah. We see three powerful moments that lead us to Palm Sunday: 1. The Story Begins in ExodusThe Passover wasn’t just history—it was a picture of what was to come. The lamb, the blood, and the deliverance all point to Jesus, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. 2. This Event Was Predicted Before It HappenedHundreds of years before Jesus entered Jerusalem, Scripture pointed to the exact timing and the exact way He would come—riding in humility on a donkey. 3. Jesus Is Declared MessiahAs Jesus enters the city, the crowds respond with praise—but the deeper question remains: Do we truly recognize Him for who He is? This Palm Sunday message invites us to look beyond the moment and see the full picture—God’s plan unfolding with precision, purpose, and love. Who is this King to you?

When Jesus Comes To Your House - Jesus is King

3/22/2026
What happens when Jesus doesn’t just show up… but takes over? In Week 6 of our Jesus Is King series, Pastor Dustin walks us through the powerful story of Zacchaeus in Luke 19 and challenges a question many of us avoid: Is Jesus present in your life… or is He actually in charge? When Jesus arrives, ownership changes. Not just in theory—but in how we live, give, and prioritize. This message dives into the tension between trusting God and trusting money, revealing how what we hold onto often exposes who truly holds our heart. In this message, you’ll discover: Why you can’t serve both God and money (Matthew 6:24) How your response reveals your reality What it really means for Jesus to be the owner—not just a guest A biblical understanding of tithing and generosity How to evaluate what’s truly driving your decisions Key Thought: “Jesus is not asking to be included. He’s asking to be in charge.” Scriptures Covered: Luke 19:1–10 Matthew 6:24 Matthew 23:23 Proverbs 3:9

When Faith Finds Sight - Jesus is King

3/15/2026
Today we walked through the story of Bartimaeus in Mark 10:46–52; a man who couldn’t see physically, but spiritually saw something the crowd missed. When he heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” And his faith literally stopped Jesus in His tracks. We were reminded that faith sees Jesus for who He really is, faith refuses to stay silent, and faith moves when Jesus calls. We also heard an incredible testimony of God’s faithfulness and healing that reminded us that the same Jesus who stopped for Bartimaeus still moves today. If you cried out to Jesus today, know this; He still hears, He still stops, and He still changes lives.

The Mountain and the Valley - Jesus is King

3/8/2026
In Week 4 of our Jesus Is King series, Pastor Dustin takes us to the powerful moment of the Transfiguration in Matthew 17. On the mountain, the disciples see the glory of Jesus revealed—but they quickly learn that mountaintop moments with God are meant for revelation, not residence. While those experiences inspire our faith, they were never meant to be the place we stay. Most of life is lived in the valley. It’s in the ordinary, difficult, and sometimes painful seasons where our faith is truly shaped. The good news is that the same Jesus who revealed His glory on the mountain is the same Jesus who walks with us through every valley. When we fix our eyes on Him, we discover that our faith is not measured by how we feel in the high moments, but by how we trust Him in the low ones. If you’ve ever wondered why God gives powerful spiritual moments but then leads us back into everyday life, this message will encourage you. The mountain reveals who Jesus is—but the valley is where we learn to trust Him. Join us as we continue the Jesus Is King series and discover why the Jesus who shined on the mountain is the same Jesus walking beside you today.

What You Really Need - Jesus is King

3/1/2026
Week 3 of our Jesus Is King series continues with a powerful message from Pastor Mandy rooted in Mark 1 and 2. In Mark 1:45, we see that although Jesus could no longer openly enter towns, people still came to Him from everywhere. The crowds were drawn to Him—but this week’s message challenges us to ask: what do we really need? In Mark 2:3–5, four men carried their paralyzed friend to Jesus, refusing to let obstacles stop them. Pastor Mandy reminds us that we really need faith-filled friends—friends who don’t just comfort us in crisis but carry us toward our deliverance. When Jesus saw their faith, He forgave the man’s sins, revealing that our deepest need goes beyond physical healing. The religious leaders in Mark 2:6–8 had information about God, but their hearts were unmoved. Information isn’t transformation. Proximity to Jesus isn’t the same as surrender to Jesus. Just as physical paralysis happens when the brain sends signals but the body cannot respond, spiritual paralysis happens when truth reaches the mind but never transforms the heart. Knowledge without obedience stops movement toward God. James 1:22 reminds us: “Do not merely listen to the word… Do what it says.” The paralyzed man couldn’t move. The religious leaders wouldn’t move. And in both cases, Jesus revealed the greater issue—sin. Romans 3:23 tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. As Charles Spurgeon wrote, “Our Lord did not first heal the man’s body, but His soul; for the disease of sin is deeper than the weakness of the flesh.” Healed circumstances without healed hearts will not last. Jesus shows that He has authority over both our physical condition and our spiritual state. What you really need isn’t just better circumstances, more information, or even stronger community—you need a Savior. Watch Week 3 of Jesus Is King and discover how Jesus meets our deepest need.

The Truth About Temptation - Jesus is King

2/22/2026
In Week Two of our Jesus Is King series, Pastor Dustin unpacks a powerful message titled “The Truth About Temptation.” We begin where we left off last week — at the baptism of Jesus. In Matthew 3:17, the Father declares, “This is My beloved Son…” Before Jesus performed miracles or preached to crowds, His identity was affirmed. But immediately after that moment of public declaration, Matthew 4:1 tells us that Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. Identity is often declared in public, but it is proven in private. In the wilderness, the enemy did not begin by attacking Jesus’ strength. He attacked His identity. In Matthew 4:3, Satan says, “If you are the Son of God…” If the enemy can shake your identity, he can shape your behavior. Temptation often starts with questioning who you are and whose you are. Pastor Dustin reminds us that desire itself is real, but it does not define you. After forty days of fasting, Matthew 4:2 says Jesus was hungry. The desire was legitimate. Yet Hebrews 4:15 tells us He was tempted in every way, just as we are, and yet without sin. Desire makes a great servant but a terrible master. The battle of temptation is ultimately decided by the voice you believe. Jesus shows us how to defeat temptation: Fight from identity, not for it. Romans 8:1 declares there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. When you are trying to earn God’s love, temptation will always feel stronger than you. But when you stand secure in who you are in Christ, you fight from victory, not for it. Prepare before the battle. Psalm 119:11 says, “Your word I have treasured and stored in my heart, that I may not sin against You.” Jesus did not prepare in the wilderness. He prepared before it. You do not rise to the occasion; you fall to the level of your formation. Name the lie. In John 8:44, Jesus calls Satan the father of lies. When you can identify the lie, you can break its power over your life. Choose obedience over relief. In the wilderness, bread represented immediate relief, but obedience produced lasting freedom. Galatians 5:1 reminds us that Christ has set us free. Freedom comes not from satisfying every desire, but from trusting God in the middle of it. And here is the hope: Hebrews 2:18 tells us that because Jesus suffered when He was tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. He shared in our humanity, broke the power of the enemy, and freed us from slavery to fear. And 1 John 2:1 reminds us that even when we fall, we have an advocate with the Father — Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. Temptation is real. The battle is intense. But Jesus is King — even in the wilderness.

King Jesus - Jesus is King

2/15/2026
Welcome to our new sermon series, Jesus is King. In today’s message, Pastor Dustin takes us to Matthew 3 and the baptism of Jesus, where we see the foundation of Christ’s identity and mission. Before Jesus ever performed a miracle, preached a sermon, or began His public ministry, the Father declared over Him: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Jesus was affirmed before He ever achieved. This passage reminds us that approval comes before performance. We don’t strive to earn God’s love; we live from it. Through faith in Jesus Christ, we receive God’s approval freely, not because we are perfect, but because Christ paid the price to set us free. Pastor Dustin also highlights the humility of Jesus. Though John questioned why Jesus would step into baptism, Jesus chose humility over status. He didn’t save us from a distance. He entered fully into our world, stepping into the waters for us. Finally, we see that Jesus expressed His identity through visible obedience. What is settled privately must be lived publicly. The gospel transforms obedience from something we do to be loved into something we do because we are loved. Religion says: Obey and be loved. The gospel says: Be loved and obey. Scripture References: Matthew 3:14–17 Romans 3:22–24

Missions Sunday - Topical Teachings

2/8/2026
This week at Citizen Church, Pastor Dustin reminded us that the heart of God has always been global. From the beginning, God’s plan has been to bless all nations, and Jesus calls His Church to take the gospel beyond ourselves and into every city, every nation, and every heart. Scripture makes it clear: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19). Global missions matter because God’s purpose has always extended to the whole world. Genesis 12:3 declares that all peoples on earth will be blessed through God’s promise, and Revelation 7:9 gives us a picture of the future—a great multitude from every nation, tribe, people, and language standing before the throne of God. Jesus also commanded both local and global witness, saying in Acts 1:8 that we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. At Citizen Church, we believe we are called to live out this mission with a global mentality: to refresh the hurting, renew the broken, and redeem the lost. Jesus taught that the gospel is not only spoken but demonstrated through compassion and action (Matthew 25:35–36). We are reminded in 1 John 3:17–18 not to love with words alone, but with actions and in truth. And ultimately, Christ came to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10). As Romans 10:14–15 asks, how will people hear unless someone is sent? We may plant and water, but God brings the growth (1 Corinthians 3:6). Thank you for being part of a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, kingdom-building movement committed to the renewal of cities and nations through the love of Jesus. Help for Today. Hope for Eternity.

Kids and The Kingdom - Topical Teachings

2/2/2026
In this Rally Sunday message, Eric Morris walks through Luke 18:15–30 and confronts one of our deepest struggles: our addiction to certainty. Through the contrast between children, a rich ruler, and Peter, we see that the Kingdom is not procured through control, performance, or self-made confidence—but received with childlike trust. This teaching exposes how easily responsibility turns into control, and how fear often disguises itself as wisdom. Jesus invites us out of negotiation and into surrender. Big Idea: The Kingdom is received with childlike trust, not procured through self-made certainty. Key Themes: Childlike faith vs. self-securing certainty Control dressed as responsibility Why “What must I do?” is the wrong question Receiving the Kingdom instead of negotiating with God The impossibility of self-salvation Why surrender is worth it—now and forever Scripture Focus: Luke 18:15–17 — Receiving the Kingdom like a child Luke 18:18–23 — The ruler’s negotiation and self-justification Luke 18:24–27 — What is impossible with man is possible with God Luke 18:28–30 — Peter’s surrender and Jesus’ promise Key Takeaways: A child comes open, dependent, and teachable A rival throne prevents the King from being received Eternal life cannot be secured by performance—it must be received by grace Certainty cannot be achieved; the Kingdom is received The question shifts from “What must I do?” to “Who do I trust?” This message invites honest reflection: What are you clenching to feel safe? Where are you negotiating instead of trusting? What is one concrete step of surrender God is asking you to take this week? Watch, reflect, and respond—and subscribe for more Rally messages and biblical teaching.

Build The Boat - Topical Teachings

2/1/2026
What does faithfulness look like when obedience is costly and the finish line feels far away? In this Rally Sunday message, Noah Herrin teaches from the story of Noah and challenges us with a simple but confronting truth: starting things is easy—finishing things is biblical. Through Genesis 6 and Galatians 6, we are reminded that God’s definition of success is not comparison, position, or recognition—but faithfulness to what He has asked us to build, even when no one else understands it. This message calls believers to: Build what God asked, even when results aren’t immediate Stay faithful when perseverance feels exhausting Measure success by obedience, not comparison Shift perspective instead of waiting for a position change Trust that a harvest comes when we don’t give up Key Scriptures: Genesis 6:8 (MSG) Genesis 6:18–22 (NIV) Galatians 6:9 (NIV) Key Takeaways: God’s measurement of success is faithfulness Success is not me compared to you, but me compared to what God asked of me. Endurance is often what separates obedience from breakthrough As famously said by Albert Einstein, “It’s not that I’m the smartest. I just tend to stick with problems a little longer than the person beside me.” If you’re in a season where God has asked you to build, stay, serve, or believe longer than expected—this message is for you.

There is More to Church - There is More

1/25/2026
In our final week of There Is More, Pastor Dustin challenges a growing belief in our culture: that personal faith can replace the local church. While personal worship matters deeply, Scripture makes it clear that following Jesus was never meant to be lived in isolation. Jesus didn’t just call individuals—He is building His Church. From the earliest days in Acts, believers were formed through shared teaching, fellowship, prayer, and life together. Biblical belonging is not passive inclusion; it is covenant connection. This message explores why the church still matters and how God uses life together to shape our faith, anchor us in a chaotic world, carry us through every season, broaden our perspective, and awaken purpose beyond simply believing. Personal worship shapes devotion, but corporate worship shapes atmosphere. It is together that we experience the presence of God and are formed into who He is calling us to be. Church doesn’t give you purpose—God does. But the church is often where that purpose becomes clear. As we close this series, the invitation is simple but profound: don’t just attend—participate. Discover your place, take your next step, and say yes to what God is building. Prayer God, We thank You that You are present among us and at work in us. You did not call us to follow You alone, but to be formed together. Anchor our lives in what is true when everything else is shifting. Shape us as Your people. Awaken purpose in us, not just to believe, but to participate. Show us our place and our next step. Use what You’ve placed in us to build Your church and bless others. We say yes to what You are building. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Pattern Of Purpose - There is More

1/18/2026
In Week 3 of our There Is More series, Pastor Kim unpacks The Pattern of Purpose and challenges the way we often think about calling, fulfillment, and success. Using Matthew 4:19 as the foundation, we see that Jesus doesn’t begin with outcomes or explanations. He begins with an invitation: “Follow me.” From that invitation comes formation, and from formation comes fulfillment. God’s pattern of purpose: Follow Formation Fulfillment Man’s pattern often reverses this: Fulfillment Formation Follow This message explores what it truly means to follow Jesus before we see results, how obedience shapes who we are becoming, and why fulfillment is meant to overflow from a transformed life—not be chased as a destination. Key themes include: The call to follow before understanding How obedience forms character before assignment Why purpose is not something you find, but someone you become Living faithfully in the season you’re in Letting who God is forming in you point others to Jesus Scriptures referenced include Matthew 4, Ephesians 4, Jeremiah 18, Matthew 28, Proverbs 20, and 1 Corinthians 10. This message is for anyone who feels stuck between waiting and doing, searching for purpose, or wrestling with the tension between calling and clarity. Prayer Declaration: God, today we choose to follow You. We quiet our need for answers and trust You with the next step. Shape our hearts, refine our character, and do the work in us that only You can do. Let what You are forming within us flow through our lives to point others to Jesus. Use us where we are, in the season we’re in, with the lives You’ve entrusted to us. We give You our yes. Amen.

Encountering God - There is More

1/11/2026
What if encountering God is not about trying harder, but becoming more aware? In Week 2 of our sermon series There Is More, Pastor Dustin teaches on The Four Postures of Encounter—a pathway that helps us move from distraction into real, life-changing intimacy with God. God is not distant. He is near. But many of us miss His presence because we are distracted, rushed, or carrying shame. This message walks us through four spiritual postures that position our hearts to experience God more deeply. 4 Postures of Encounter 1. Awareness – God is Near Encounter begins with awareness, not effort. Like Moses at the burning bush, God is already present. The invitation is to turn aside and notice Him. Isaiah 41:10 Exodus 3:1–5 2. Reverence – God is Holy When we see God rightly, we see ourselves honestly. Isaiah’s encounter with God shows us that holiness leads to humility, repentance, and calling. Isaiah 6:1–8 3. Assurance – God is Love and Mercy Shame blocks encounter. Assurance opens it. God does not tolerate you. He delights in you. His mercy is not permission to stay the same; it is power to change. Psalm 103:8–13 Romans 5:8 4. Surrender – God is Powerful God fills surrendered vessels. When we fully yield to the Holy Spirit, the same power that raised Jesus begins to work in us. Romans 8:11 Acts 1:8 Prayer of Encounter God, You are here with us right now. We turn our attention to You and choose to be present with You. Holy God, search us and know us. Cleanse what is out of alignment and draw our hearts back to You. We choose humility and honesty before You. Father, we receive Your forgiveness and Your mercy. We release shame and rest in Your delight over us. Thank You that we are fully known and fully loved. Holy Spirit, we surrender our lives to You. Fill us, lead us, and use us for Your purposes. We trust Your power more than our own strength.

Made for More - There is More

1/4/2026
There has to be more than this! Have you ever had that quiet sense in your soul that life was meant to be more than routines, survival mode, and just getting through another year? In Week 1 of our new series, There Is More, Pastor Dustin teaches on the truth that God is not a God of barely enough, but a God of abundance, depth, and transformation. Through Scripture, testimony, and invitation, this message confronts the subtle ways we settle for less than what God desires to give and calls us back to holy hunger. Jesus said He came so that we would have life, and have it in abundance. Not shallow happiness. Not delayed fulfillment. But a full life shaped by God’s power already at work within us. In this message, you’ll discover: • Why God’s heart has always been abundance, not scarcity • How settling for less happens quietly and gradually • Why spiritual dryness often comes from drawing from substitutes • What it means to experience “more” through God’s power within us • Why hunger is the starting point for spiritual fullness • How prayer and fasting realign our hearts to receive what God is already offering You’ll also hear a powerful testimony and be invited into 14 days of prayer and fasting as our church intentionally aligns our hearts at the beginning of this season. This message is for anyone who: • Feels spiritually dry or stuck • Has stopped expecting fullness from God • Believes there is more, but doesn’t know how to access it • Is ready to begin the year aligned, hungry, and surrendered Declaration Prayer from this message: God, we believe there is more. More of Your presence. More of Your power. And more of Your purpose. Awaken our hunger again. Create space in our hearts. Quiet what competes for our attention. And lead us into the more You desire to give. We give this year to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The Light That Changes Everything - Christmas 2025

12/14/2025
In today’s message, Pastor Galen walks us through the powerful theme of light versus darkness—from creation, to Christmas, to our calling as followers of Jesus. Drawing from Ephesians 5:8–11, 14, we’re reminded that once we lived in darkness, but now, in Christ, we are children of the light. This light produces goodness, right living, and truth, and it calls us to wake up, rise, and let the light of Christ shine through us. Throughout Scripture, light is central to God’s story: At creation, God spoke light into existence (Genesis 1:1–4). The prophets foretold a great light dawning in darkness (Isaiah 9:2). Jesus came as the true light that darkness cannot overcome (John 1:4–5; John 12:46). In heaven, there will be no need for sun or moon, for Jesus Himself is the light (Revelation 21:23). Through vivid imagery, familiar Christmas moments, and visual reminders—from candlelit temples to dark caverns—this message challenges us to reflect on an important question: If we are living in the light, what does our life illuminate? Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:14–16 that we are the light of the world—meant to shine, not be hidden. And as 1 Peter 2:9 declares, we are called out of darkness to proclaim His marvelous light. This message is both a celebration of Christmas and a call to action: Live like children who belong to the light. Let Christ’s light shine through your words, choices, and witness. If this message encouraged you, consider sharing it with someone who needs hope and light this season.

Heart For The House - Do It Again

12/7/2025
In this powerful Heart for the House message, Pastor Dustin reminds us that if God has done it before, He will do it again. From Nehemiah 4, we are called to remember the Lord and fight for our families, our homes, and the next generation. With one hand we build, and with the other we battle. The enemy fights to keep ruins as ruins—but we fight so ruins can become revival. WHAT WE’RE BUILDING • Strong, godly families • A generation on fire for God • Life-giving community • Atmospheres of encounter • A unified church • Kingdom-minded leaders • A culture of radical generosity • A legacy of faith WHAT WE’RE BATTLING • Spiritual darkness • Division and distraction • Spiritual apathy • Addictions and destructive patterns • Generational brokenness • Fear and intimidation • Mental and emotional battles • Attacks on the next generation WHY THE NEXT GENERATION MATTERS • Crisis of identity • Lack of purpose • Loneliness and isolation • Mental health struggles • Moral confusion • Secret sin and shame • Hopelessness • Unrecognized spiritual warfare If you feel led to give today, you can give securely online here: https://citizen.church/doitagain Thank you for being a church that doesn’t just gather—but builds.
